'Alien: Earth' Creator Reveals He Did Not Even Think About Changing the Design of the Facehuggers

Alien: Earth, the TV spin-off of the film franchise created by Ridley Scott in the 1970s, is set to be released in less than a month. Showrunner Noah Hawley will have the opportunity to present his interpretation of the Alien universe with a bold approach that has plenty of changes to the classic franchise. However, the series creator seems to be aware that he's treading carefully with a beloved, nostalgia-driven franchise. He will also face a legion of fans that wouldn't like a new filmmaker to mess with the revered original and its legacy sequels. Hawley will present a few changes, but rest assured that he won't touch one of the most important elements of the Alien universe.
