'Clown in a Cornfield' Is an Underrated Slasher With a 'Young Sheldon' Star
This past May at the box office, audiences were treated to some surprisingly solid films that landed in theaters. From the return of long-running franchises like Mission: Impossible and Final Destination, to big-budget adventures like Thunderbolts* and Lilo & Stitch, there was something for everyone. And yet, with such tentpoles clamoring for attention, the debut of this small-budget, little-known horror film featuring killer clowns and urban legends was hardly noticed. That's a shame, because Clown in a Cornfield is a mad-dash slaughtering run of fun. Audiences who managed to miss this menace covered in makeup have a chance to check it out as they can now buy the film on demand.
