How to play Noos Gammon

Move all 15 of your checkers around the board and bear them off before your opponent does.
You are Crimson and move from the top-right round to the bottom-right home board. Pearl moves the other way.
Tap ROLL (or press Space). Each die is one move. Doubles give you four moves.
Tap a checker with a glowing ring to select it, then tap a green point. You can also drag. Tap the same checker again to play its first move.
Land on a single enemy checker to HIT it: it goes to the bar and must re-enter before the opponent can move anything else.
You cannot land on a point holding two or more enemy checkers. You must play as many dice as you can, and the bigger die if only one will fit.
Once all your checkers are in your home board you can bear off. Win while the opponent has borne off none for a gammon (x2), or while they are still on the bar or in your home board for a backgammon (x3).
In match games the doubling cube raises the stakes. Offer it before you roll; the other side takes or drops.
OPTIONS (cog) changes mode, sound, board colours, leaderboards and trophies. The lightbulb gives the CPU's best move. Undo takes back a move.
