‘Legally Blonde’ Prequel Series Wraps Filming
Who’s ready to practice their “bend and snap” routine? Earlier this year, Reese Witherspoon introduced the world to actress Lexi Minetree, who will play the new Elle Woods in the upcoming Legally Blonde series Elle. The highly anticipated prequel (produced by Amazon MGM Studios) will follow a teenage Elle as she navigates her high school years. After watching her get into Harvard Law, we're sure she'll make navigating high school look easy because, what, like it’s hard? Shortly after unveiling the new Elle, Witherspoon’s production company, Hello Sunshine, announced that the show had entered production, and Prime Video later confirmed that the Legally Blonde prequel would have a Summer 2026 release. Now the streamer has another exciting new update to share with fans.
