'The Paper' Can Fix 'The Office' and 'Parks & Rec's Season 1 Problem
It has been 14 years since The Officeconcluded, and fans are finally getting a continuation of the series with The Paper. Not a traditional sequel to The Office, The Paper follows the struggles of a Midwestern newspaper, Toledo Truth-Teller, and the volunteers and new editor-in-chief looking to keep the paper relevant, all seen through the eyes of the same documentary film crew who documented Dunder Mifflin Paper Company. The series features a new cast of characters, though Oscar Nuñez reprises his role as Oscar Martinez from The Office, and will debut on Peacock on Sept. 4, 2025.
