Reddit users have been discussing the “funniest” ever single episodes of TV.

One user posted a question asking: “What’s the funniest single episode of TV you’ve ever watched?” only to reply with an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm from season three entitled ‘Krazee-Eyez Killa’.

In the episode in question Larry David befriends Wanda’s fiancé, rapper Krazee-Eyez Killa played by Chris Williams, who tells Larry he has been cheating on her. The episode also sees Larry urgently searching for a jacket for a re-shoot on an upcoming Martin Scorsese film.

The thread garnered hundreds of replies, with users sharing their most funniest single episodes with a host of responses including episodes of Arrested Development, The IT Crowd, What We Do In The Shadows, It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Parks And Recreation and The Simpsons. Others also drew attention to the episode of Curb which saw Michael J. Fox make an appearance in season eight, episode 10 of the HBO show.

One fan pointed to The I.T. Crowd episode in season two called ‘The Work Outing’ which one fan noted: “The reveal of Moss (Richard Ayoade) working behind the bar is, i think, the most I’ve ever laughed watching TV.”

Others said: “Mark Hamill guesting out of nowhere as Jim the Vampire,” in What We Do In The Shadows was “peak television.”

Another said the scene when Charlie (Charlie Day) from It’s Always Sunny singing “‘The Nightman’ in the bar just gets me into hysterics” from ‘The Nightman Cometh’ in season four of the series.

One fan also wrote: “Any of the Arrested Development episodes with Charlize Theron. They were absolutely hysterical and we had to pause a couple of times to catch our breath.”
