Amazon Wanted Henry Cavill's 'Highlander' Reboot as Part of Their Heavily Nostalgic Plans
Audiences have been waiting for John Wick director Chad Stahelski’s Highlander reboot for years now (no doubt many have wondered if they would be required to live forever to actually see it), with the Henry Cavill-led project having now shifted from the studio behind Keanu Reeves’ Baba Yaga, Lionsgate, to Amazon MGM Studios. While it wasn’t revealed at the time why such a move was made, it’s possible we now have our reason...and it’s either good news or bad news, depending on how nostalgic you’re feeling.
