Before 'Alien: Earth,' Sydney Chandler Starred in Danny Boyle's 'Pistol'
You likely know actress Sydney Chandler from her breakout lead role on FX's new hit show set in the Alienfranchise, Alien: Earth. Or, perhaps you recognize her from her film debut in Olivia Wilde's scandalous thriller, Don't Worry Darling. Maybe you even recognize her as the daughter of beloved actor Kyle Chandler, known for Friday Night Lights, Grey's Anatomy, and many popular films. However, very few people likely recognize Sydney Chandler for her early-career performance as iconic musician Chrissie Hynde in yet another FX joint, Pistol. In fact, very few people saw Pistol at all. It's a shame, too, because Chandler's is a niche performance certainly worth watching.
