Big Brother Spoilers: A Surprising Alliance Promises to Shake Up the Eviction Vote

We’re getting to the point of Big Brother Season 27 where every vote counts.

Early in each season, people try to vote with the house to avoid being the target the next week.

That’s the way the cookie crumbles when you’re battling for $750,000.

But this week, things have been very unpredictable with former winner Rachel Reilly as Head of Household.

Instead of following the house, she’s followed her gut, for better or worse.

Initially, she nominated Mickey, Morgan, and Vince for eviction and was determined to keep the nominations the same heading into the eviction.

Sadly for her, Lauren won the Power of Veto and decided that her best move was to remove Vince from the block.

Has Rachel Fixed Her Mistakes on Big Brother?

Initially, it seemed like Lauren thought Rachel would nominate Kelley or Keanu in his place, but given her status as a big player, she went guns blazing and backdoored Riley.

This sent the house into a bit of a tailspin in the aftermath, with the common consensus being that Rachel is the next target – or so we thought.

Things have taken a big shift in the last couple of days with the creation of The Judges Alliance.

Rachel, Morgan, Will, Vince, and Ashley are the five involved, and they all have a common goal: To be on the same page during the eviction vote.

The alliance is a surprise, and I had reservations about whether there was any validity to it because Rachel and Vince working together is laughable.

But the pair have made some great strides with conversations and promised not to target one another going into next week.

The alliance has been comparing notes on Mickey, and they all seemed destined to vote her out on Thursday evening.

However, things took a dramatic turn when Rachel decided that Riley would be the better person to go to weaken the other side of the house.

Could Riley Be Next Evicted?

This has raised some significant questions, especially since Ava seems determined to keep Riley since he isn’t targeting her.

The alliance is aware that Ava could be a swing vote and has been hard at work to solidify a way to make her vote with them.

However, Vince is also conflicted. He’s close with both Morgan and Riley and believes that voting Riley out would be drawing a line in the sand.

On Wednesday evening on the live feeds he was going back and forth and trying to find a way to save Riley.

We already know that Keanu, Kelley, Kat, and Lauren are definitely saving Riley, so unless there are any big changes between now and the vote, Riley will be safe against both Morgan and Mickey.

But he could save himself at the BB Blockbuster, when Morgan and Mickey will face the vote, and Mickey will likely leave on a landslide vote.

Things are poised to be different next week with Riley, Kat, and Kelley all targeting Rachel. Can someone on Rachel’s side pull out a win?

Only time will tell.

The amount of backstabbing this week has been off the charts, and it makes me somewhat excited for The Amazing Race‘s all-Big Brother season.

We haven’t covered that show very much in the past, but I’m curious whether you think we should cover it more this season.
