Listen to Oasis’ official live version of ‘Bring It Down’ from Edinburgh leg of reunion tour

Oasis have released an official live version of ‘Bring It Down’, recorded at the Edinburgh leg of their ongoing ‘Live ‘25’ reunion tour. Check it out below.
The highly-awaited tour kicked off last month with two nights at Principality Stadium in Cardiff. Since then, it has seen Liam and Noel Gallagher play gigs in Heaton Park in Manchester, London’s Wembley Stadium, the Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh, and two stops at Croke Park in Dublin.
So far, the band have been releasing live tracks from different venues they’ve played since the tour began. They started by sharing ‘Slide Away’ live from Cardiff, before following it up with ‘Cigarettes & Alcohol’ in Manchester, ‘Little By Little’ in London and a clip of ‘Wonderwall’ from Dublin.
Now, they’ve unveiled a full live version of ‘Bring It Down’ from the Edinburgh gigs. As with the other new versions released on the tour, the sound of the crowd features heavily, capturing the frenetic energy of the tour so far. Check it out below.
Elsewhere, at their Edinburgh gigs, Liam branded the council “a bunch of snakes”, and said the band were “still waiting for our apology” from the local authority over a report which suggested the band’s fans would be “rowdy” and “intoxicated”.
Oasis will now head across the pond for their North American shows . Dates in Toronto, Chicago, East Rutherford, Pasadena and Mexico City will take them to the middle of September, and then they’ll head back for two final nights at Wembley. Afterwards, they’ll play in South Korea, Japan, Australia, Argentina, Chile and Brazil.
NME gave Oasis’ first concert at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium a full five-star review, writing: “After a ‘90s heyday and an often maligned post-millennium era, this is Oasis redesigned for the 21st Century.”
“Playing before a pop-art-meets-psychedelia visual spectacular that never distracts but will look sick on a phone, they seem the quintessential stadium band playing the greatest hits of greatest hits,” it added.
In other Oasis news, a house in Cornwall where the band recorded their 1994 debut album ‘Definitely Maybe’ has been put up for sale for £1.95million, and Noel has opened up about the “great” experience of being back on tour with his brother Liam, saying he had forgotten “how funny” he is.
Elsewhere, Richard Ashcroft has credited Liam for his discipline during the tour, saying that, while opening for the band, he’s only seen the frontman on stage.
Meanwhile, John Power, frontman of their other opening act, Cast, has said that being able to support Oasis on the iconic tour “really authenticates our legacy”.
