'Superman' Star Nicholas Hoult Has Disappointing View on Possible Beast Return in MCU's 'Secret Wars'
Superman star Nicholas Hoult doesn't rule out returning to the Marvel Universe, though he didn't expect to return for Avengers: Secret Wars anyway. Before joining the DCU, Hoult played the Marvel superhero Hank McCoy / Beast, starring in X-Men: First Class and continuing with X-Men: Days of Future Past, X-Men: Apocalypse, and finally in X-Men: Dark Phoenix. With Avengers: Doomsday bringing back many of the 20th Century Fox era X-Men characters, rumors circulated that it or the following film might include even more past X-Men cameos.
