Taylor Sheridan's Action Sequel 'Sicario 3' Gets a Positive Update From Josh Brolin
It's been seven years since Sicario: Day of the Soldado was released in theaters, and ten years since Denis Villeneuve directed the first film in the series, Sicario. While the sequel was not as widely praised as Villeneuve's entry, the two movies stand tall as exceptional modern westerns that blend with the thriller genre to tell an exciting story. Taylor Sheridan, who wrote the scripts for both, has gone on to direct and develop numerous other projects, particularly in television, including series such as Yellowstone and Landman. Now, one of the stars of both Sicario films has revealed that a third installment is in the works.
