When Tyler Perry's She the People hit Netflix back in May, fans fell in love with the comedy that follows Mississippi's first Black lieutenant governor. Starring Terri J. Vaughn in the lead as Antoinette Dunkerson, viewers immediately demanded a second season, or, at the very least, a Part 2. Well, dreams do come true, but when She the People returns this August, it will have a new name.
