Pierce Brosnan has proven with the crime drama television series MobLand that he can still be a dynamic actor when provided with quality material and surrounded by talented collaborators. From a decidedly uneven career over the past decade, it’s quite telling that Brosnan’s most acclaimed feature-starring vehicle is the 2023 action thriller film Fast Charlie, in which Brosnan plays Charlie Swift, a Southern-based fixer and hit-man who embarks on a killing spree to avenge the murder of his boss and friend.
