Kieran Culkin Cast as Caesar Flickerman in 'Sunrise on the Reaping'
Ladies and gentlemen, we have an important announcement to make: Kieran Culkin has joined the star-studded cast of The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reapingas Caesar Flickerman. The flamboyant host of The Hunger Games was originally portrayed by Stanley Tucci in the franchise's first four films, but the torch is now being passed to the Emmy Award-winning Succession star.
