Oasis share official live footage of ‘Wonderwall’ from Dublin leg of reunion tour

Oasis have shared a live video of ‘Wonderwall’ from one of their recent shows in Dublin. Check it out below.

The performance took place over the weekend, when the Britpop legends returned to Ireland for the first time since 2008 for their two sold-out shows at Croke Park on August 16 and 17.

The dates came as part of their mammoth ‘Live ‘25’ tour, which kicked off last month with two nights at Principality Stadium in Cardiff. Since then, it has seen Liam and Noel Gallagher play five homecoming shows at Heaton Park in Manchester, head to London for five of their seven sold-out stops at Wembley Stadium, and make two stops at the Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh.

Now, the band have shared footage of them playing their classic 1995 hit ‘Wonderwall’ at Dublin’s Croke Park.

It comes as Oasis have been releasing live tracks from different venues they’ve played since the tour began. They started by sharing ‘Slide Away’ live from Cardiff, before following it up with ‘Cigarettes & Alcohol’ in Manchester and ‘Little By Little’ in London.

Also at their first show in Dublin, the Gallagher brothers dedicated the ‘Be Here Now’ hit ‘Stand By Me’ to their mum, Peggy, who was in attendance. Liam went on to dedicate ‘Roll With It’ to the small town his mum hails from.

Elsewhere at the Croke Park gigs this past weekend, Liam joked about his sobriety, telling fans that he was “the soberest I’ve been in Ireland since I was about four or five”, and  footage went viral of fans without tickets gathering outside the stadium to sing along.

Another viral moment came when a clip of a sign language interpreter at the venue got posted online, showing her nailing Liam’s trademark swagger as she signed to ‘Morning Glory’, and getting the seal of approval from fans.

Oasis will now head across the pond for their North American shows . Dates in Toronto, Chicago, East Rutherford, Pasadena and Mexico City will take them to the middle of September, and then they’ll head back for two final nights at Wembley. Afterwards, they’ll play in South Korea, Japan, Australia, Argentina, Chile and Brazil.

NME gave Oasis’ first concert at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium a full five-star review, writing: “After a ‘90s heyday and an often maligned post-millennium era, this is Oasis redesigned for the 21st Century.”

“Playing before a pop-art-meets-psychedelia visual spectacular that never distracts but will look sick on a phone, they seem the quintessential stadium band playing the greatest hits of greatest hits,” it added.

In other Oasis news, a house in Cornwall where the band recorded their 1994 debut album ‘Definitely Maybe’ has been put up for sale for £1.95million, and Noel has opened up about the “great” experience of being back on tour with his brother Liam, saying he had forgotten “how funny” he is.
