For seven seasons, the love story between the English World War II military nurse Claire Randall (Caitríona Balfe) and swashbuckling Highland warrior Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) in Outlanderhas kept audiences hooked thanks to its swoon-worthy romance and juicy twists and turns. In February 2022, a prequel series entitled Outlander: Blood of My Bloodwas announced to be in the works at Starz, with the spinoff focusing on Jamie Fraser and Claire Beauchamp's parents and their own romances.
