Prime Video's 'War of the Worlds' Deserves Its 0% Rotten Tomatoes Score
H.G. Wells' trailblazing sci-fi novel War of the Worldshas likely been adapted more than almost any other book because it set the template for the alien invasion story and is in the public domain. Steven Spielberg's memorably bleak take recently celebrated its 20th anniversary. Now, Prime Video has attempted its own version, with its new War of the Worlds premiering with little fanfare on July 30.
