'Scream Queens' Co-Creator Wants To Revisit Short-Lived Series

Scream Queens only aired for two seasons, but it left a mark with its small yet loyal fan following. The series premiered with a lot of fanfare in 2015 due to Fox mounting a big marketing campaign and the casting of Jamie Lee Curtis, the quintessential scream queen due to her roles in the Halloween series, The Fog, Prom Night and Terror Train. It also boasted a hip young cast with talent to boot, but, alas, it premiered during a time when network TV success was still solidly pegged to linear ratings; after barely surviving during its first season, it met its grisly end after the end of Season 2. Over the years, there have been periodic talks about bringing the series back into the streaming era. Unsurprisingly, that's something co-creator Ian Brennan would be interested in doing.
