‘Superman’ Breakouts Mister Terrific & Jimmy Olsen Eyed for TV Spin-Offs
Superman has opened in theaters and marks the beginning of James Gunn's plans for the DCU, with two of the film's breakout characters being eyed for television spin-offs. James Gunn's ambitious plans for the DCU include film and television series, with Peacemaker Season 2 set to follow Superman later this year, and Lanterns in 2026. Both shows will feature a role for Nathan Fillion's Guy Gardner. Superman introduces plenty of great breakout characters that fans will want to see more of, and it looks like Gunn might already be thinking ahead.
