Why Stephen King Loves This Critically Panned Horror Movie
There’s nothing critics enjoy more than denigrating Mark Wahlberg’s movies. “Ahhh! There goes another one. Throw it in the bin.” To put it in perspective, only 18 of his 51 movies are certified fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. But do critics really hate Wahlberg, or does he need to choose better scripts? After all, his acting abilities have been in doubt. Movies like Lone Survivor and The Departed proved he can shine brighter than most of Hollywood’s stars. His work over the years has also earned him two Oscar nominations and eight Emmy nominations. That’s the kind of recognition most actors only dream of.
