90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 9 Episode 7 Delivers Nonstop Chaos

After a string of meandering episodes, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 9 Episode 7 was a banner installment that proved maybe there’s still life left in this spinoff.

For once, nearly every couple brought something wild, messy, or shocking to the table, and the result was nonstop drama from start to finish.

Let’s start with the aftermath of Jasmine vs. Natalie because… what on earth was that?

Gino acted like he was Team Natalie, painting Jasmine as the villain, which was embarrassing considering how much support he’d given Natalie during the fight. Instead of stepping up, he hid in the shadows, like he was scared his hat would be knocked off. Honestly, he’s horrible.

The thing with Gino is that he never takes responsibility. He deflects, gaslights, and somehow manages to pit Jasmine and Natalie against each other in the process. But while Gino is messy, Jasmine didn’t exactly cover herself in glory here.

Charging in hot was her default, but when Dana told her the truth, the mature move would have been to swallow her pride and apologize. That would have shown real growth.

Of course, growth isn’t Jasmine’s strong suit, and Gino’s family siding with her spoke volumes. Even though they’ve clocked Gino’s toxic patterns, they’re clearly tired of the loop he keeps them stuck in.

Then there’s Matt, who decided it was his job to humiliate Gino in front of Natalie. I don’t know what he thought he was accomplishing, but he came across like he was auditioning for Jasmine’s knight in shining armor. And honestly? I can see why Gino feels a certain way about him.

Still, let’s not forget the most enormous red flag here: Gino essentially forced Jasmine to stay with him by cutting her off financially. She has no income, no credit history in the U.S., and no safety net. What exactly was his plan for her? Toxic doesn’t even begin to cover it.

These two need to figure out their future quickly, because this endless cycle of screaming, gaslighting, and power plays isn’t compelling anymore — it’s exhausting.

Speaking of exhausting men, let’s pivot to Andrei and Elizabeth—or rather, Andrei and his $75,000 money pit of a property.

Andrei’s biggest problem is his refusal to be straight with Elizabeth. He treats marriage like a need-to-know operation, and she’s usually the last to know. This house situation has been brewing for years, and yet he’s somehow managed to keep her in the dark. For a man who’s supposedly “providing for his family,” it’s ridiculous.

Elizabeth was right to be livid. That’s not pocket change — it’s seventy-five grand. Any partner would want answers about where that money went and why the property is still in shambles. Andrei’s claim that it was an investment is laughable because if he tried to sell it in its current condition, he wouldn’t even get half of what he paid.

Elizabeth packing her bags and leaving Moldova was dramatic, but also deserved. What shocked me was Andrei’s reaction — or rather, the lack of it. Usually, he’s screaming and posturing, but this time, he looked like a man who knew he screwed up.

Will Elizabeth Ditch Andrei?

Still, let’s not kid ourselves: this won’t end their relationship. Elizabeth has stuck with him through worse, and Andrei will do what he always does — promise change while waving around another giant red flag.

Andrei is exhausting. Elizabeth deserves better — end of story.

Now, onto Brandon and Julia, who actually gave us something light and entertaining amid the chaos.

Meeting Julia’s parents was a welcome shift, especially since Betty and Ron have spent years being overbearing nightmares. Watching Julia light up around her parents was genuinely sweet. But of course, Brandon had to Brandon.

Booking a shared bedroom for Julia’s separated parents wasn’t just clueless — it was deliberate. He knew exactly what he was doing, and pretending otherwise is insulting. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, we got the bizarre moment when Betty and Ron decided to sneak into Brandon and Julia’s home, redecorate it, and stage a “surprise.”

Boundaries? Never heard of them.

The bigger issue here is Brandon’s refusal to stand up to his parents. He enables their constant interference, and Julia is the one left picking up the pieces.

Will Brandon Ever Support Julia?

It’s been building all season, but now that her parents are in the picture, I’m dying to see their reaction to Betty and Ron’s suffocating behavior. Something tells me they won’t be as patient about it as Julia has been.

For the first time this season, Happily Ever After? actually lived up to its reputation for mess. Every couple had a storyline worth watching, even if most of them were frustrating in their own unique ways.

Gino and Jasmine are stuck in a toxic cycle, Andrei is still waving red flags, and Brandon remains oblivious to his parents’ overreach. Yet somehow, it all added up to an episode that was chaotic, messy, and wildly entertaining.

If this energy continues, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 9 might just redeem itself. But given these couples’ track records, I won’t be holding my breath.
