Action War Masterpiece 'Sisu' Sets a Quick Sequel Release Date
One of the best action war movies in recent memory is getting a sequel, and it's fast approaching. According to a new press release, "Sony Pictures’ Screen Gems will release Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions’ Stage 6 Films’ sequel to the critically acclaimed action film Sisu in U.S. theaters on November 21, 2025. The sequel is written and directed by visionary Finnish filmmaker Jalmari Helander. Jorma Tommila returns in the lead role, starring alongside Richard Brake and Stephen Lang. Petri Jokiranta produced the film through Subzero Film Entertainment, in association with Good Chaos and Mike Goodridge. Gregory Ouanhon and Antonio Salas are executive producers."
