BOYNEXTDOOR announces fourth mini-album, ‘No Genre’

BOYNEXTDOOR are gearing up for the release of their fourth mini-album, ‘No Genre’, next month.

Today (April 15), KOZ Entertainment and BOYNEXTDOOR released a teaser for the upcoming project on the boyband’s social media accounts. The teaser features a purple-tinted animation of a silhouette walking across the screen, soundtracked by what appears to be a snippet of new music

In the same post, the label announced that BOYNEXXTDOOR;s fourth mini-album is titled ‘No Genre’ and will be released on May 13 at 6pm KST. Further details about the album’s track list and lead single are expected in the coming weeks.

‘No Genre’ will mark the K-pop boyband’s first music release of 2025, having last released their third EP ‘19.99’ in September last year. Shortly after ‘19.99”s release, BOYNEXTDOOR embarked on their first-ever tour, titled ‘Knock On Vol.1’, which saw them perform in cities across Asia from 2024 to 2025.

Shortly before ‘No Genre”s scheduled release, BOYNEXTDOOR will be heading to Chiba, Japan for this year’s KCON Japan, set to take place from May 9 to 11 at the Makuhari Messe. Other acts included in the performing line-up include Kep1er, P1Harmony, SHINee’s Taemin and more.

BOYNEXTDOOR debuted in May 2023 with their three-track single album ‘Who!’ under HYBE Labels’ KOZ Entertainment, which was founded by rapper and Block B member Zico.
