'Game of Thrones' Fans Need To Watch Jason Momoa's 'Chief of War'
Ever since Game of Thrones concluded its epic eight-season stint on HBO, there hasn’t been another series worthy enough to fill the gaping void it left behind. Sure, we have House of the Dragon, but we already know where that’s headed, and let’s be honest, most people are still mad about how Game of Thrones ended. Jon Snow (Kit Harington) deserved better, and I’ll die on that hill. Nevertheless, we need something completely fresh that still scratches the same Game of Thrones itch. Fortunately, we have a promising candidate thanks to Apple TV+ and their upcoming series, Chief of War. Set just before the turn of the 19th century, the series chronicles how the Hawaiian Islands unified to ward off the growing threat of colonization.
