Henry Cavill's Reaction to His 'Superman' Replacement Will Upset Snyder Fans
Every past Superman actor has their own dedicated segment of fans, but few have the staunch fan base that Henry Cavill does. The British actor played Clark Kent in Zack Snyder's Man of Steel, and reprised the role in a handful of DCEU movies after his standalone film. Snyder fans are desperate for Henry Cavill to return as Superman in the future, but that seems highly unlikely as David Corenswet is now set to play the role in James Gunn's Superman. The movie releases on July 11, and the die-hard Snyder fans are becoming even more agitated at the lack of Man of Steel 2 updates and the idea of another actor replacing Henry Cavill as Superman. Unfortunately for them, Henry Cavill himself is more than open to Corenswet taking on the role.
