'Looney Tunes' Series 'Duck Dodgers' to Air on Cartoon Network

It has been twenty years since the Looney Tunesseries Duck Dodgers aired on television, and fans will now have a limited time to watch it on Cartoon Network. Duck Dodgers was an animated series that was based on the 1953 animated short Duck Dodgers in the 24 1/2th Century that saw Daffy Duck as a space hero, Porky Pig as his assistant, and Marvin the Martian as his main adversary. Despite only running for two years and 39 episodes, Duck Dodgers became a cult classic, thanks to the iconic theme song sung by Tom Jones and arranged by the Flaming Lips to the series' sci-fi reimagining of classic Looney Tunes characters and even a Green Lantern crossover.
