Macon Blair writes, directs and co-stars in 'The Toxic Avenger,' hitting theaters August 29. MovieWeb's Will Sayre spoke with the celebrated filmmaker and actor about his unrated reimagining of Lloyd Kaufman's 1984 cult classic.
