Dexter: Resurrection has proven its worth with a perfect 100% score from critics, even with the new show retconning the supposed death of Michael C. Hall’s killer in Dexter: New Blood. It seems that viewers were not the only ones who believed Dexter had made his last kill, as Hall also thought his character had finally met his maker.
