Netflix Lands Series Order for New Robert Langdon Novel 'The Secret of Secrets'
After an eight-year absence, Robert Langdon is finally back in author Dan Brown's new novel The Secret of Secrets, which releases this September. Even better, Netflix has won the bidding war to turn the novel into a series from Brown and showrunner Carlton Cuse (Lost, Jack Ryan). Langdon is, of course, the protagonist of Brown’s popular series (portrayed by Tom Hanks in the feature films), which sees the Harvard professor combine science and superstition to chase down answers to some of the world's biggest mysteries.
