'Squid Game' Creator Shares Worrisome Comments About Season 3 Finale
Just days ahead of the release of the third and final season of Squid Game, creator Hwang Dong-hyuk says he has no idea if he's crafted an ending that will please longtime fans of the beloved Netflix series. Premiering all the way back in 2021, Squid Game focuses on a group of cash-strapped folks who risk their lives for a chance at some serious cash by playing a host of deadly children's games. The series has been met with widespread critical acclaim, and managed to do what few TV shows these days accomplish: permeate into the culture to become a bona fide phenomenon.
