'The Accountant 2' Gets Burned by 'Revenge of the Sith' at the Box Office
Ben Affleck and Jon Bernthal's The Accountant 2 is looking to make waves at the box office this weekend, but if Thursday's preview numbers are any indication as to how things will go, the action sequel might just end up being Force choked out of the #2 spot by a 20-year-old Star Wars movie. Expected to take #1 for a second week in a row is Ryan Coogler's horror flick Sinners, and while The Accountant 2 was initially thought to come in a close second, it appears as if the 20th anniversary re-release of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith could hinder those plans.
