'The Legend of Zelda' Movie Just Cast the Perfect Link and Zelda
After the unparalleled success of The Super Mario Bros. Movie, the continued expansion of the Nintendo cinematic universe seemed like an inevitability. Indeed, The Super Mario Bros. Movie 2 and The Legend of Zelda have already been confirmed, with other titles, such as the Donkey Kong Movie and Luigi’s Mansion, heavily rumored as possible future titles. While The Legend of Zelda is still a long way off, with a tentative May 2027 release window, fans finally have their answers to who will be playing Zelda and Link, with Benjamin Evan Ainsworth cast as Link and Bo Bragason as Zelda.
