"We'll Survive:" 'Superman' Director Fights Back Against Zack Snyder Fans' Attempts to Boycott DC's New Movie

Remember, kids: no one hates a franchise more than its own fandom. The DC fan base is no different, especially after James Gunn and Peter Safran took over as co-presidents of DC Studios, giving the DCEU a fresh and far brighter coat of paint with the upcoming Superman. While many are open to the change, especially after the DCEU's rocky filmography, which bounced between highs like The Suicide Squad (ironically, directed by James Gunn) and the lows of Wonder Woman 1984 and Shazam!: Fury of the Gods, Zack Snyder fans are doing what Zack Snyder fans do best, campaigning for Man of Steel 2 and destroying anyone who gets in the way. Gunn's Superman is the latest in the firing line, as a group of Snyder fans are calling for everyone to boycott Superman this July. Hilariously though, James Gunn has seen the calls for the boycott, and he isn't phased in the slightest.
