Margaret Atwood's The Handmaid's Taleis a horrifying story about religious extremism, misogyny, and totalitarianism. Centering on June Osborne (Elisabeth Moss), the show puts its characters through some truly terrible situations involving forced pregnancies, mutilation, and slavery.
