'Avatar: Fire and Ash' Will "Deepen" Quaritch & Spider's Relationship "For Better or Worse"
One of the highlights of 2022's Avatar: The Way of Water was the return of Stephen Lang's character, Colonel Miles Quaritch. Initially a human character in the original 2009 film, Quaritch's death would lead to the character being brought back as a recombinant Na'vi, and now with an Avatar form of his own, he embarked on a quest for revenge against Jake Sully and his family. What Quaritch didn't know was that his son, Miles "Spider" Socorro (Jack Champion), had been raised by Jake, leading to unexpected tensions and new emotions for the villain. Now, a new first-look image from Avatar: Fire and Ash teases the continuation of that deeply intriguing dynamic.
