Big Brother Spoilers: Week 8 HOH Revealed and the Target is Already Set

If you’ve been wanting a big shift on Big Brother Season 27, then this upcoming week might be for you.
Thursday’s wild episode saw Kelley win the BB Blockbuster, and a vote of 7-1 subsequently evicted Katherine.
The house had been caught up in intense drama during Vince’s second Head of Household, and he burned allies like Kelley and Keanu in the process.
Vince solidified an alliance with Ashley, Rachel, Morgan, and Will, and appears poised to ride with them for at least a few more weeks.
With so many balls in the air, there truly was no telling how the HOH competition would pan out.
On Thursday evening, the Big Brother live feeds returned, and we learned that Keanu was named Head of Household.
Big Brother Has a New HOH
This represents a significant shift from recent weeks, during which Keanu has been the target and left out of the eviction plans.
But what will he do? Of course, Kelley and Lauren will be safe because he knows them, and those two are against the rest of the house at this point.
Late on Thursday evening, Vince pleaded his case not to be put on the block, and Keanu decided that Vince had caused too many problems for him.
In Keanu’s defense, Vince has gone back on his word multiple times and even exposed the fact that Keanu wanted to target Rachel.
Keanu told Vince that his big target this week is Morgan, because she’s been gunning for him, and he indicated that he’s also putting Vince up for elimination.
Strategically, this is a solid move because Vince would definitely remove Morgan if she won the Power of Veto, and vice versa.
Obviously, many conversations are yet to occur ahead of the nominations ceremony, but it seems that Keanu made a deal with Rachel ahead of the competition.
At one point, they were allies, but their bond has strained somewhat over the last week due to Keanu trying to get Vince to backdoor her.
The Target is Set
However, it seems that Keanu is taking this new deal with Rachel seriously, at least until anyone else gets in his ear.
I suspect Kelley and Lauren will want Rachel nominated, but Keanu isn’t the most competent player, so perhaps he will keep her in the house this week.
With jury starting, Keanu is well aware of Rachel’s influence and likely knows that she will poison the jury against him if he crosses her.
The best move for anyone would have been to get Rachel out weeks ago, but hey, she’s entertaining, so I’m not against keeping her in the house.
Keanu may not even get his plan this week because Julie teased a big twist for next week’s episode, which should include some form of double eviction.
We have nominations coming up later today, which we’ll have you covered with as usual.
Then, over the weekend, we’ll have the Power of Veto results.
What are your thoughts on Keanu winning the coveted power and his plans?
