'Blade Runner 2099' to Premiere on Prime Video in 2026
Blade Runnerfans who have been longing to return to the world of replicants and runners don't have too much longer to wait. Amazon has shared a release update for Blade Runner 2099, Prime Video's highly anticipated limited series follow-up to Denis Villeneuve's 2017 critical hit Blade Runner 2049, which in itself is a sequel to Ridley Scott's 1982 sci-fi classic Blade Runner. The small-screen sequel starring Michelle Yeoh and Hunter Schafer has been eagerly awaited since it was announced in 2022, but the stage is now set for its premiere.
