His wife confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that he died on April 10, 2025, in Los Angeles after dealing with a short illness. Logan's daughter paid tribute to her father in a heartfelt Instagram post, highlighting his ability to add beauty to the screen by hand and remembering her very own personal hero.
