The detective noir drama features Hawke as an investigator over his head, working on a case that may end up being his last if he isn't careful. Featuring an impressive ensemble of talent, The Lowdown looks to be a spiritual cousin to series like Fargo — which probably makes sense, since that show was also an FX favorite.
