James Gunn's DCU Movie 'Superman' Beats Zack Snyder's 'Man of Steel' Opening Weekend Box Office
Fans of the now defunct DCEU/Snyderverse are undoubtedly upset with how well James Gunn’sSuperman performed over its opening weekend at the box office. In fact, Gunn’s unique, Silver Age interpretation of the Last Son of Krypton not only did something Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel (2013) couldn’t, but that no other solo Superman title has ever accomplished.
