Kevin Costner Faces Lawsuit Over Distressing 'Horizon 2' Scene
Kevin Costner and the Horizon film franchise have been hit with another lawsuit, but this new one is far more serious. The franchise's future was already in turmoil after New Line Cinema sought legal action over a financing deal. But Costner now faces a sexual harassment suit by one of the movie's stunt performers over an unrehearsed and unexpected sexual assault scene. Due to the unplanned nature of the scene, the suit also revealed that no intimacy coordinator was present on set, which is now a contractual requirement. Kevin Costner has responded to the lawsuit.
