This season raises the stakes with a stalker, a best friend’s life in peril, Wednesday struggling to control her psychic abilities, and confronting the sinister dealings at Willow Hill, a local psychiatric hospital. It’s one dangerous adventure after another. However, Netflix may have dropped the ball on that cliffhanger of a finale.
