Sabrina Carpenter Rumored for X-Men Role as Dazzler in the MCU
Sorry, Swifties: Pop star Sabrina Carpenter is reportedly now being considered for the role of the fan-favorite X-Men character Dazzler in the MCU. Fans have long dream-cast Taylor Swift in the role of the musically-inclined mutant, but according to a new report, Carpenter has met with Marvel Studios about potentially playing the superheroine, who also goes by the name Alison Blaire. Carpenter appears to be in high demand in Hollywood as she is rumored to be in talks for a role in Mamma Mia 3and was also previously linked to Rapunzel in Disney's live-action Tangled, but Dazzler would mark her first appearance in a superhero film.
