'The Naked Gun' Reboot's O.J. Simpson Joke Explained by Writers
The Naked Gun seems to be doing right by Leslie Nielsen with its new reboot/sequel. The Liam Neeson-led reboot has already been wowing critics and will make its debut in cinemas on August 1. However, there were plenty of pitfalls that the new movie could have fallen into on its way to what seems to be a successful future, not least how the movie would address the controversial O.J. Simpson, who starred in the original trilogy.
