Tottenham improve offer for Savinho
Tottenham manager Thomas Frank wants to add at least one more attacking option to his squad before the transfer window slams shut on September 1st, and Spurs have revisited a move for Man City winger Savinho, improving their original offer of andamp;pound;37.5 million to a reported andamp;pound;43 million. Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has been locked in talks with the City hierarchy having missed out on the signing of Eberechi Eze.
