Turnstile have shared a new single called ‘Look Out For Me’ – you can listen to it below.

The almost-seven-minute song is the latest preview of the Baltimore hardcore punk band’s fourth studio album, ‘Never Enough’, which is out on June 6 via Roadrunner (pre-order/pre-save here).

It follows on from the record’s title track and the recently released ‘Seein’ Stars’ and ‘Birds’.

The epic ‘Look Out For Me’ boasts soaring vocals atop atmospheric and heavy electric guitar. At around three minutes in, the single opens up to an ethereal synth-led part ahead of a spoken word segment. It then transforms into an electronic-tinged outro.

The track is accompanied by an official music video, directed by the band’s own Brendan Yates and Pat McCrory. This will form part of the forthcoming ‘Never Enough’ companion visual album.

Tune in here:

Earlier this month, Turnstile gave the previously-shared ‘Never Enough’ singles their live debuts during a hometown live show in Baltimore. They later played another gig in Los Angeles, California.

During a recent interview with the New York Times, the group teased that their new album included “mad flavours”.

“Anytime you put out something new, you lose a bunch of people,” explained frontman Yates. “You kind of just embrace it… The music we make is not necessarily defined by the sounds, it’s defined by the people. If the music is not reflective of the people, then what is it?”

On the eve of the new LP’s arrival, Turnstile will play a special launch gig in Brooklyn, NYC to celebrate (June 5).

The one-off show will come ahead of the band’s scheduled slots at Primavera Sound in Barcelona and Porto, their headline performance at the new London edition of Outbreak Fest and their set at Glastonbury 2025. Other dates across the summer include Ottawa Bluesfest and Aftershock Festival in the US.

‘Never Enough’ serves as the follow-up to 2021’s ‘GLOW ON’, and was co-produced by Brendan Yates.

The expansive collection is described as “a restless and exhilarating evolution of the band’s genre-defying sound”. A press release adds that the LP is “a transformative journey, both fearless and alive, by one of the most forward-thinking and influential bands of their generation”.
