'Urban Legends' Is Getting a Reboot From 'Until Dawn' and 'It' Writer
Did you ever hear the one about Hollywood consistently banking on sequels, requels, reboots and familiar IP to bring in box office dollars? It's not exactly folklore since it's something very well-known and very true, but it is the appropriate way to drop news that a slasher film from the late '90s teen horror movie boom is making a comeback. Urban Legend was released in the wake of the success of 1996's Scream and now another take will follow in that franchise's successful footsteps in hopes of striking gold once again.
