Who Does Dakota Johnson's Lucy Pick in 'Materialists'?
Spoiler Alert: Spoilers follow for MaterialistsFor those of you who've ever wanted to see Madame Web be forced to choose between Captain America and Mr. Fantastic, your day has come. This weekend saw the release of Materialists, the sophomore feature from Celine Song, writer/director of Past Lives, one of 2023's best films (which took the #1 spot in our rankings that year). Once again, her story focuses on a love triangle, though it's by design a more conventional romantic comedy, which would've felt right at home in the days of Nancy Meyers and Nora Ephron.
