Will Ferrell Comedy 'You're Cordially Invited' Hits Record High Prime Video Viewership
Even when critics don't love a film, that doesn't mean the general audience will avoid it based on their views. There has long been a disconnect between critical reviews and the tastes of the viewing public, and it appears that the Reese Witherspoon and Will Ferrell comedy, You're Cordially Invited, is another example of this. Released by Amazon MGM Studios on Prime Video at the end of January, the film wasn't the cup of tea of most critics, but, as it turns out, it has become one of the biggest hits released by the streamer.
